Enes Bozkurt ("we", "us", or "our") built the SudIQ app as a Commercial/Free app. This service is provided by us at no cost and is intended for use as is. This page is used to inform website visitors and app users regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.
We highly respect your privacy. The SudIQ app does not collect, transmit, distribute, or sell your personal data.
All game data, including your ELO scores, game progress, settings, and blitz mode records, are saved locally on your device using local storage mechanisms. We do not have access to this data, and it is never transmitted to our servers or any external databases.
Currently, the app does not use any third-party services, analytics tools, or advertising networks that may collect information used to identify you.
Since we do not collect any personal data, your information remains entirely under your control on your personal device. We recommend keeping your device secured with a passcode or biometric authentication to protect your local data. If you delete the SudIQ app from your device, all your local game data and progress will be permanently erased.
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. Since we do not collect any personal data from any user, we inherently do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
